Big thanks to the Chula Vista Police Department and Officer Michele Schneider for bringing the kids for a fun day at the park that are in the safety patrol in the schools of Chula Vista. The CVPD also takes the kids snowboarding, surfing to baseball games and bunch of fun outings.

The Granger Middle School Skate Club came through the park this weekend with over 75 skaters. Our skate clubs are growing and soon we will have programs in all of the middle and high schools in the South Bay.

Skatecamp week 1 was super fun with a full week of skaters. Overload hooked up everyone with an Overload Deck.  Big thanks to Mada, LRG,  Kaos, Finesse and Tech Deck for hooking up all the kids.

Big thanks to the Elemental Awareness crew for coming out and producing the first contst of the year. The contest had a great turnout with a super high level of skating. Congrats to CVS locals David Cobb and Ricky Miranda for winning, they will be going to the Element Camp this summer.

 Overload had a a sale tent as well as a spin the wheel where we gave out a ton of video’s, shirts, decks and more!

Last night we finished putting up our new vert ramp at our skatepark. Big thanks to Mega Ramp and the X Games for hooking us up! The ramp is an all steel frame with 2 layers of birch and skatelite pro.
